I had a lovely rest day today. I made a list but did nothing on it, tomorrow will do. Preston and Nexy have been out in a very damp garden with me and we all had a nap this afternoon. Tonight I might just watch a bit of TV after practising a bit of yoga to tease the body back into shape. 

Thank you so much for all the gifts for yesterday’s panorama photo, not something I experiment with very often. And my knees are fine, I think!
