Training day...

A huge number of jackdaws were hanging around the cafe at Hampton Court in the hope of picking off some scraps. Many of them were youngsters like the bird in the main shot who seemed a bit clueless.

The more experienced operators, like the first extra, tried to sneak up behind me, but there was no chance they were going to sink their greedy little beaks into the particularly gooey chocolate brownie I had bought, the last of which is shown in extra number two
