Tree cutting

We were up and ready for the tree chaps to arrive, they were coming first thing to give the trees in our garden a haircut.

I forgot to take a before photo but snapped one out the window once they’d started. The end result is my blip. The height and thickness have been reduced, and hopefully, this will be better for the trees.

While I was in the garden chatting with the chaps, a wasp tried to sting me. I saw it just in time and managed to flick it off. It felt like a rather unprovoked attack!

This evening, we went to the local pub for steak night. The food was good and it’s always nice not to have to cook.
