Rocks and water

When I left home to drive to Mevagissey it was in blue sky and sunshine. When I got there it was grey and overcast. And on the way home it drizzled.

Mevagissey gets packed with tourists so I thought I’d better visit before the school holidays started. But I was too late - it was very crowded. The tourists with their straggling children walk all over the road and make driving difficult!

I found a little corner with rocks and pretty water where there were lots of little birds whizzing around after insects. I focussed in close hoping to catch some on camera, but they were just too fast! They were either house martins or another similar bird whose name I’ve forgotten!

I looked at the Pay Park machine and it said 2 hours cost £2. I didn’t want to faff around trying to find the right coins so chose to use Just Park instead. The £2 became £2.60!!! How can they justify that?
