…………………………….flowering for a second time in one of the pots.

I’ve had the wee one here for the day so we started off by making use of the uncovered sand pit…Gran had to build castles for him as in his words “I’m not very good at it”! Thankfully mine passed muster. This didn’t occupy him for very long and we ended up indoors…him listening to Moana tracks on YouTube and me completing a few odds and ends. After lunch we watched Moana on TV…not very peacefully I might add as he never sits still or shuts up, I’m not sure how he manages at school! Once he’d had his tea I walked him up to his other grandparents and by the time we got there the donkey was missing its hind legs…I’m planning a quiet evening now!

The sand pit is now empty and I’m planning to get rid of it as soon as I can get someone to help me to remove it…there’s a giant one five minutes walk away if the need arises in the future. Extra of the sandpit before I emptied it. The garden is still therefore in a state of chaos but I have tidied up all the spring bulbs planters and these will be planted with annuals to give some late summer/ autumn colour in the garden…just need a chauffeur to take me flower shopping!
