Cloud swathe

Thank you everyone for your kind wishes and empathy regarding moving house.  It is supposed to be one of the most stressful life events. 

I was exhausted last night.  All the frustrating emails and phone calls to get matters even partly sorted wore me out.

Today has been less stressful.  The supposed cash buyer at the bottom of house buying chain isn't a cash buyer but requires a mortgage.  Their mortgage offer expires on 5 August so they are applying for an extension.  I've not encountered time limited mortgage offers before.  

The only email communications today were confirmation that the aim is to exchange contracts on 14 August dependent on the bottom of the chain being granted an extension on their mortgage offer. 

My blip was taken on my morning dog walk.  I've done little today apart from the dog walk and a shopping trip to the market.

This week has exhausted me.  I'm glad for the weekend when it'll be free of emails and phone calls regarding moving.
