Friendly Friday

Here is our neighbour Paul with Cousin Ellie (AKA Miss TBay) celebrating Friendly Friday in our shared garden.

Someone stole my place in my pilates class this morning! At first it looked like I must have made a mistake with my booking. However, I was pretty sure that I had reserved a place, and had email evidence to prove this. Unfortunately the person taking the register had not spotted the interloper in the group and left the studio before I arrived. In the end I took a free spot in the next class.

This afternoon I headed up to campus for a meeting, the outcome of which was much better than expected. It was also fun to unexpectedly find Liz on the number 23 bus home.

Our evening comprised drinks in the garden with our neighbours, a chilli with our guest, and a game of Catan (which I won).

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; pilates class, very short swim (12 lengths); walking (23,265 steps).
