Breakfast

The July Military Veterans Breakfast Club had a guest diner today, our MP. Jayne Kirkham the Labour MP for Falmouth & Truro, seen in the centre of today’s photo. Jayne is no stranger to our Breakfast Club having been with us on a couple of occasions before being elected.
It didn’t take long for the guys to put her at ease and whilst Jayne responded to questions we enjoyed our breakfast. She also dropped off a bottle of HoC Port for our Trafalgar Night Dinner Auction, a really nice gesture.
I made it home without hearing the Lions rugby result and settled back to enjoy it whilst Mrs S bustled about the house still catching up with the laundry before heading up for her pre night shift nap.

Aside from wading through today’s paper that was about it for today.
