I went to a garden party

I went to a garden party
To reminisce with my old friends
A chance to share old memories
And play our songs again

This was in aid of our local Hospital League of Friends for their Hospice at Home which is going to start within a few weeks after much fundraising. 
A lovely afternoon. Great company, delicious afternoon tea, Pimms, and music performed by a group who all live in our village. One lady was a professional cellist but most of the others have learnt to play their chosen instruments in the last 5 years or so. They're really very good.
