Falkland Hill Race this lunchtime. Several from the club, included Mr Rat, ran it and gained a couple of prizes. I decided my legs hadn't recovered enough from 2 weeks ago to cope with it very well.
I did parkrun in the morning and after we were home started wood treatment of a storage box in the garden.
We had a wander by the ponds this evening, the cygnets have grown a lot since I last saw them.
