Wild Marjoram

After we cleaned the lodge I had a wander around to see how the wildflower meadow was getting on. Wild is a good word for it. This wild marjoram is one of the flowers in it. It's said to be good for pollinators

The Man took the strimmer and lawn mower to the tidier bits and pathways.

This evening I had booked a place in an RPS .seminar on Photographing Flowers For Transparency. It wasn't the way I use my lightbox and I found most of the images too cluttered but the man had won an American award for his work and the images had been used on stamps.

I think I'll just stick to my single flower shots.
