A favourite mural

Richard and I have more or less recovered from yesterday's 5.30 a.m. start, and were both out and about this morning. We have a dog-owning friend with a recently-injured foot, so R took her two collies out for a walk today (she's got a rota of helpers involved, fortunately).
Meanwhile I went off to complete a few more mural sets for ArtUK
This one is in the neighbourhood up the hill from ours, and is on the side wall of a small decorating supplies shop.  The owner retired a few years ago, though the shop is still open and being run by someone new.  I can't be sure, but I think that the mural was probably made around the time of the original owner's retirement. It's a well-loved shop, locally, and for me the mural conveys that affection, as well as humour.  I really like the way that the artist has blended the design with the building - when you first see it, there's a brief moment of wondering what's 'real' and what's painted.
