Can’t Eat Them - Can’t Drink Them
We regularly get grapes on our vine, a wedding gift from Mrs S’s mother so it is some age now. I made the mistake of eating some once, really bitter, that bitterness of taste that leaves you with a ‘furry’ tongue.
Cracking day and at long last mine and the Cornwall Shed Company’s orbits aligned and we had the shed inspected. Aside from laughing at my attempt to repair its salvageable - at a cost.
It does mean that by this years end all the roofs, house and shed, will have been replaced.
Aside from an early start to get to Richards for 8:00am for a run to Treliske which ended up as a coffee or two as he was forty-eight hours early I spent the day catching up on a few bits & pieces around the house and garden along with a long leisurely walk with Paddy.
Aside from struggling through the intro of my latest book that was the sum of my efforts today.
