I can't begin to know when...
Today started with the best cooked breakfast.
I knew he was building me up for something and before I knew It , they had me walking along the coast walk to the nearest village.
5500 steps later we were there. And they very kindly let me have a cup of tea to recover. Look how cute it is. (Extra)
Then we had to walk back up a hill and then down all the way back. They let me sit on a bench to recover when we got back to Seaton. Si realised the pub was open so suggested I may be comfier at the outside table there
So we moved. And had a refreshment
Then we came home for a nap before the football
Another wander down into the village, to the pub and I settled the two of them at a table in front of the TV and I retired to the garden to read my book.
I said to the waitress ...I have a reservation but my friends are watching the football
She very kindly took the menu thru to them and got their order and when it went to extra time they came and joined me.
I let them watch the extra time and penalties on my phone. Which made for an interesting time. With the occasional yowwwwwww emitting from our table
Don't get me wrong. I'm all for.england winning. But I just can't be focused on the football for a whole 90 minutes plus 30 minutes plus penalties
I think football should be played til the first goal is scored. That would keep my attention.
I did wear my bow in support of the Lionesses
Go Engerland!
(Added an extra of Tooli's Tick - see Wednesday's blip where I mention it)
