Zaru soba

Popular in the summer, cold noodles are light and refreshing on a hot day. Served with a tasty dipping sauce called tsuyu, that is savory and umami-rich (hiding under the plate of green onions, grated daikon and wasabi.) Today, mine also came with vegetable tempura.
