Well, not till midday when the s-i-l had finished a birthday round of golf. Bacon rolls followed by birthday cake. Yes, he’s 35, the sharp eyed ones amongst us may notice. 
I then sat and finished that slide show thing, read the papers and we both got to grips with our new Virgin 360 remote. Yep, we can’t afford to be left behind. Not yet.
Later, the SD arrived up from Sheffield where she’s been enjoying a few days walking in the Yorkshire Dales with her friend the blessed Monica. Much to catch up on. 

And Tom Lehrer has died. I never knew he was still with us. AJ announced that he shall polish his loafers and iron his chinos in his honour. That was proper talent. All together now…
