Field Bindweed

Convolvulus arvensis

I'm having horrid mouse trouble again, so I'm going to make this brief..
Found on my morning walk.  I'm surprised there is soo much of this bindweed around this year, far more than the (to me) more usual large white Bindweed, but I do think it pretty (bad taste on my part, I am aware).  

Apart from that, nothing much to report except a pre-op phonecall from St Thomas' for my first cataract operation on 11th Aug.  All good.
