Beer Head and Seaton Hole

I drove to Seaton after lunch to give Ziggy a walk and also to buy some fresh flowers for C's room. In the event there were hardly any flowers in the shop except for a few with "best by" today's date and they weren't very exciting so I didn't buy any. 
We headed west along the seafront as far as The Hideaway café and then back again. I noticed today's Mono Monday challenge is water so I took a few photos of the coast.
 Whilst there I bumped into a lady who said she breeds Bedlingtons and has four of them. You don't see Bedlingtons very often, especially "down south" as they're historically a northern breed. 
This morning I did a Dancefit class and as it was pretty full today I finished up in the centre of the front row ! (For those who don't frequent aerobics-type classes, everyone usually follows the front row if they haven't got a good view of the instructor). I had to make sure I concentrated and didn't go in the wrong direction as that could have resulted in havoc!!
