Pudding

We don’t often have dessert but is bought some strawberries at the weekend so I made some meringue to have with them. Tasty!

It was announced today that my line manager has had to start her maternity leave early, so we’re thrown into the deep end sooner than expected. I had a handover call with her this morning to get up to speed, and we’ll see how things go. I’ll do what I can but I also need to keep my sanity!
