We said goodbye to our friends in Exeter after breakfast and headed east to Stourhead for some lovely wandering around the grounds and gardens. Then on to Salisbury mid-afternoon where we left the car at the station and headed to London for a night - with a day of cultural stuff planned for Tuesday.

This is the early evening view shortly out of Waterloo as we looked for somewhere sunny for a drink by the river (the BFI did the job just fine!) before the tube to Shoreditch where we're staying...and an obligatory Brick Lane curry to finish the day off.
