I’m writing a poem for Poetry Circle on Sunday, but nothing is happening in my brain atm.

So I turned on the telly and Telly is being nasty to the dame. Ain’t he always.

The imagery in this film is quite amazing. Particularly the men going down the mines. What a dreadful job.

This rates as one of my all time favourite fillums.
