Pavlova

Yesterday I made some blackcurrant ice cream with a blackcurrant coulis.

I had 3 egg whites over so after a church meeting I made the meringue for the pavlova.

By dinner time it had cooled and dried nicely so it was just a matter of whipping the cream and adding the fruit.

Very summery and tasty!
