Saumur ~ Loire Valley

We travelled from Limoges mainly cross country and as we approached the Loire Valley we came across vineyard after vineyard.  We were unable to book into our B&B until 5pm so we had a wander and a late lunch, early supper.

The chateau is directly behind our B&B, which used to be the post office for the chateau. In the evening we sat in the courtyard enjoying a bottle of wine and playing cards/bananagrams.
