Wicked weekend

Anya’s birthday gift; tickets to see Wicked in London.
It was a really hot day and we thought it would be unbearable in the city but it was actually really pleasant with a breeze and we enjoyed some family time together without the need to rush anywhere. We started at platform 9 3/4 for the Harry Potter fans followed by the shop. Then on to Granary square fountains to cool off and have a picnic before a trip to the British Library. Anya was very excited to see the Magna Carta, Max loved a tiny little golden bible dating back to ancient times.
We said goodbye to Andrew & Max then wandered a little more and I treated Anya to dinner at Wagamama's before the theatre.
The show was fantastic, we both loved it and Anya has been inspired to sing defying gravity in her end of year assembly next week.
A very late night for us both but well worth it!
