Athena

As I didn’t get a blip over west today, when I was visiting Liz in the care home with Tim, you are getting ‘Athena’ from Prestonpans.

Athena, designed by Andy Scott (who also designed the Kelpies, and the M8 Heavy Horse) was designed to commemorate 81 residents of the town who were executed for witchcraft in the 16th century, though it represents “a proud and dignified woman” rather than a victim.

I’m back home now, just chilling with the cat on my lap, watching The Chase.
