The Sunflower Fields of Bath

Day 41: Spent 3½hrs with Dad. Just before I arrived he had another "episode". Consultant said too early to say if yesterday's surgery was the cause, or whether the pacemaker isn't the hoped for answer to the problem. 

From the hospital, walked to my BC friend's house then on to a riverside pub for a drink in the afternoon sun. From the decking we could see the sunflowers on the other side of the river, so before catching the bus home took a closer look.

Back home, sat in the last of the sunshine at the bottom of the garden, aka the wilderness, for 10mins, the first time this summer. 23 degrees.
