Back at Engelsmanplaat

After work, Ton and Peter picked me up for a trip to Engelsmanplaat. We had dinner at a restaurant in Lauwersoog, where we also met up with Herman. Then we climbed on board of the "Blijdschap" (Happiness), the ship that brought us to Engelsmanplaat, a sand bank in the Waddensea which can only be reached at low tide. We were with a small group of photographers. It didn't look like we were going to get great conditions, but about half an hour before sunset the sun managed to burst through the clouds, giving us this awesome view...

Once again a great trip out with friends. What more could one wish for? Thanks Herman, Ton and Peter. Great company, great banter, great evening!
