Have your cake…

…and eat it!
One of our teachers is leaving the profession after 25 years teaching. She’s been Anya’s teacher this year and will be so missed but she’s finding Y6 more and more challenging with the explosion of social media, smart phones and children seemingly growing up much more quickly. The job just isn’t the same and she’s found it difficult to manage this year.
One of my very talented TA’s, Diane made this amazing cake for Frances’ leaving do. Unfortunately I had to leave before eating the cake but I’ll get a piece tomorrow…
