No job

Weather was absolutely dreadful this morning, so no long walk, the short walk from the station to the office was bad enough and I got soaked.

My young padawan wasn't in today, so I didn't want to stay too long. I left at 11:30am.

Chaos on the trains again. Got on at Paddington and it was a free for all as there were only 5 carriages instead of the scheduled 10. I was lucky to get a seat without any problems. Problems between Swindon and Bristol then meant we were over 30 minutes late.

My young padawan messaged me, the clown hasn't got the top job. A new CEO has been appointed and he starts in September. Sadly it is too late for me, I'm gone. Next time I see the clown I will ask what it feels like not to have a job.

Today I am thankful for:

1. Sleeping, reading and listening to the cricket on the train
