Fiery

Several shades of Crocosmia in the garden just now; this fiery orange is the most striking.

First step in the Zoe nutrition programme today; applying a continuous glucose monitor to my arm. Slightly nervous of doing it, but the Zoe instructions stated that it wouldn't hurt - and it didn't! Also set up the app which will show the readings, and completed a health questionnaire. All ready for test day tomorrow...
