Lunch

It's Zoe test day.
Yes, two blue cookies for lunch, and 4 hours beforehand I'd had two dense, heavy white-chocolate-chip cookies for breakfast! Both swallowed down with the aid of black coffee. Two hours after lunch I collected some blood (amazingly painless!), and then hot-footed it down to the DPD collection point in the Co-op shop in Holmfirth to send the blood sample to Zoe. The cookies are standardised 'meals', and Zoe will use the blood test results, together with my survey responses, to calculate my body's blood fat control. Interesting stuff, and I await the results with some trepidation...

ION Lucy and Reuben flew to Italy this morning, with the intention of trekking in the Dolomites later in the week.
