Rye Art Exhibition

In the morning we had J&K round for coffee, and this enabled J to administer diluted Jeyes Fluid to our molehills, which he claims is the key to deterring moles from the garden without harming them. We shall see if it works!
I spent the afternoon weed killing with the weed blowtorch (slow to the point of frustration) and some non-glyphosate weed killer that I had (probably ineffective but worth a try)
I sent off for some strong vinegar so think I will be using that shortly.
In the evening we went to Rye as A&S are exhibiting in the Rye Society of Artists exhibition and there was a private view. A’s arty photos form the blip. She had sold three pictures before we got there. S had sold one bowl.
After looking round and chatting to some people we ate in the George, which was ok - surroundings better than the food.
