SO MUCH FUN
If you're a motorhead there's nothing quite like watching high powered race cars being driven by expert drivers. That's what happening at Road America this weekend with the Motul Sportscar Grand Prix featuring IMSA.

This beautiful machine is a Ferrari 296 GT3 bring driven by Brendan Iribe (USA) and Frederik Schandorff (DNK). Like yesterday's offering this machine is running on Michelin tires tyres and is burning E10 fuel.

EXTRA: In racing circles, Road America is known world-wide as having the best track food anywhere. There are several eating establishments at RA most being sponsored by certain organizations (e.g. The Lion's Club, The Optimist's Club, etc.) but several are independently owned, all of which kick back a percentage of sales to the track. Here we are at the Gear Box, an independently owned establishment (owned by a former student of mine interestingly enough) which serves some classic track food. Here one of the workers is preparing a meal consisting of a pulled pork sandwich on a Sheboygan County hard roll, bacon/potatoes and baked beans. Real stick to your ribs stuff. If you go away from this track hungry you just aren't trying hard enough.
