First level

I spent the afternoon in the garden. Started with some of the plants from pots. First in the bank, with the assistance of bricks on the uphill side of the ponga log in order to hold the soil. I used soil from the pile I had created after removing the heap of bricks, concrete and weeds. To which I added some compost I had made, and some commercial garden mix. Over the top (both the bank and the first level garden) I spread some of the mulch from sticks, ponga fronds and so on. S will likely put plants into the small garden. 

Feels good to have made a bit of a difference
