Ripe for Harvest

Grey muggy day with little time to search for a blip. Drove into my favourite part of East Lothian, the foothills of the Lammermuirs above Spott in search of cornfields because I fancied doing a gritty monochrome of the corn ripening for harvest. A few shots in a couple of locations then back home. Not time to look at my shots on the computer just yet.

Return to look at shots this evening. Very flat need a lot of work on the computer but with the help of Lightroom, Photoshop and Silver Efex here we have my gritty cornfield duo-toned to give it some atmosphere.
