Last light

It was a bright sunny start to the day. I spent time at home sorting things out before dropping my husband off at Exmouth station. I picked up some food shopping and then headed back home.

I decided to go to the allotment as the weather had clouded over and try to sort the tomatoes out. I had planned to stake them and then ensure that they grew with a single main stem but hadn’t managed it. Now that l have found some time l can see that they tend to have three stems and lots of offshoots. It took some time to get two of the plants in order. The rest will need further attention.

I had only taken one other photo today on the phone and then saw that there was still some light in the sky so took today’s picture.
