Fennel flower

I went to the morning Pilates class and stayed for a coffee and chat with a friend afterwards. By the time l was home it was almost lunchtime.

Later in the afternoon I went down to the allotment and managed to sort the remaining tomato plants out. A lot of pruning was done. I spotted this flowering fennel plant on the wildflower part of the main allotment area as l left.
