Relaxing

Today has been so different, weather-wise to yesterday's frequent downpours. Its been a tad windy, but it meant that the sofa covers have been hung up outside and I just need to bring them in and swap the coverings on the sofa. The covers currently on the sofa are white and already need to go back into the washing machine (despite having been put on the sofa yesterday).

We've stayed home today and Little Man made a little bit of progress with the potty training, but also had as many accidents as successes. I'm hoping that this progress will continue.

I watched the Hungarian Grand Prix this afternoon. It was a gripping race, with another Mclaren 1-2. Lando Norris ran an incredible one stop¹ race, and held off his team mate, Oscar Piastri, on the last lap and this reduced the amount of points that Oscar is leading the championship by. 

¹In every Grand Prix race, drivers have to change tyres during the race. There are often several strategies planned at the beginning of each race, by the drivers and their mechanics, on when to pit, what tyres to change to, and how best to undercut the other drivers. Longer races will often see a two stop strategy. At the moment, the Monaco Grand Prix is the only race that has a mandatory two pit stop in place.
