HAPPY 94TH BIRTHDAY MUM

Happy 94th Birthday to my Mum. She is being taken out again today by my sister and her boyfriend, just locally but for another nice meal.  In extras is a photo of the staff from the Midland Hotel yesterday presenting her with her Birthday Cake and singing Happy Birthday to her.  I couldn't use that as my main as the photo was taken yesterday, although I'm not sure anyone really worries about that any more!!!

 We woke up to Storm Floris this morning.  For us here in Grange it was really rain and strong winds.  Hubby had one of his portable greenhouse thingies blown over and has lost some flower seeds but that was all.  Now, at 2.00 pm it's still very windy but the sun has been shining and its not raining.

Wondering what to blip I found this lovely single hydrangea petal hidden away so sheltered and thought it made a lovely photo.  I wish the centre was sharper but otherwise it's not a bad photo.

The most exciting thing I've done today is Bathroom cleaning - well what ele do you when there is storm outside and you can't go anywhere!!!!
