Monday Morning

I was out early again today - around 05:30 - hoping to beat the forecast rain.

This view across the fields toward Clifford church was rapidly changing as the cloud bank moved across the sky - away from me. A few minutes later it was tipping down. I was glad I had my packable waterproof in my camera bag.

A short walk - just 2 miles but least I got a ‘banker’ blip in the camera! then an ‘indoor’ morning for more painting and assembling of models…

I did get out again this afternoon - it was very windy - and following up yesterday’s combine blip, I could see that they have made a start with baling the straw, see extra. There are five little stacks like this in the field - but there is loads left to do. They must have started yesterday afternoon/evening - I doubt that it was done this morning in the pouring rain!
