Blinking Frog.

This is what I treated myself to at the Twenty Pence Garden Centre in the Fens.  
I should say it doesn't mean everything's Twenty Pence it the name of the road.  Had a very nice lunch there too.
The extra is the dipping trough that catches rainwater to dip a watering can in to water the plants.
