We spotted this one as we wandered through Richmond Park this morning as we made our way up to Pembroke Lodge for a pot of tea and a shared flapjack. 

Afterwards we visited Petersham Garden Centre before making our way back home up the M40 to Newbold.

Not the best photo that you'll ever see of a kestrel and that's because I used the maximum 'Digital Zoom' setting on my camera. Needs must but only recommended in extreme cases of desperation to get a photo at all costs.

Talking of costs, we've just been experiencing London prices for a few days, phew!!!
