The contrast in shapes and textures here catches my eye every time I pass. I'm just not sure how to best capture it. Black and white certainly helps.

Yoga is more interesting with the festival on. The venue is between the Book Festival and George Square, so there are many more passers by peering in the window.

We were treated to a masterclass today, a visiting participant who clearly was very skilled and trained in the Yogi ways. Whilst I came down gently from high plank to cobra, he came down from handstand, slowly becoming horizontal on just this hands then brought his legs through his hands to hover sit, and finally back through to Cobra. It was like all the stuff I watch on other social media platforms. Jaw dropping.

Tonight, I wondered how far my achillies has come despite my resting. Im getting slightly frustrated.
