Euphorbia

Had no idea what this is, and had to look it up. It's growing in the front garden and is quite striking, especially in the evening sun.

A trip into Huddersfield with MrM today. We had intended to have lunch at a café bar on the way in, but for some unknown reason it was closed. Instead we went to the café in Byrom Arcade, where we each had a sandwich. They were delicious, but made with great doorsteps of bread, and I couldn't finish mine (though I ate the roasted veg and miso filling, which was too good to leave...). MrM ate his and then had a slice of cake, which explains the indigestion later in the day!

The main reason for the trip was to buy a tent, ready for our upcoming camping holiday. It was a matter of balancing price with quality for a tent that MrM is able to stand up in, and factoring in the number of times we may use it. I'm hoping that it won't be windy in Cornwall while we're there...
