Après-swim

The day started with a planned but still sobering visit to the dentist. A tooth needs to come out, as there's a problem under it that is causing gum trouble. So out it will come, to be replaced (I hope) with an implant. Cheerily the implant specialist reassured me that 0% finance is available to cope with the eye-watering cost. All the fun will start in September.
After that I went for a swim in the outdoor pool at Hathersage, followed by lunch at the cafe next door. I'm keeping to my weekly swim routine at the moment, and I'm already feeling better for it.
