Notes: Woke ~ 630a, still gray and rain, lovely to rest in! Some areas had lost power so was grateful all stayed on here! Fed the cats and made coffee, no outdoor pickleball and was fine to just relax and stay in. Didn't end up doing any work and didn't feel like it. Felt tired so laid down on the couch a couple times w/ solfeggio tones playing but couldn't end up sleeping. Watched different shows and later did Essentrics, took a shower, fed the cats and made a smoothie (decided on a 2nd day of no solid foods - has been pretty easy so far w/ all the different drinks. Around 530p, called Hulu as the captions on several shows are way off - was on for quite awhile and tried many things. Went to bed early again.
