Notes: Woke ~ 6a, still gray and rain, stayed in bed for a bit. Nice quiet start to the day w/ feeding the cats, some gentle movement and a nice cup of coffee/chicory mix. Donut brought a present on the front porch - it was still soft and there was a tuft of fur or feather or something on his mouth (ugggh). Did almost 3 hrs of work for Michelle D then on soc media posts and putting together the Aug newsletter. My mid-day eating consisted of a burger & mushrooms w/ mushroom coffee, a bit of coco yogurt and granola and then had some coconut rolls. I decided I'd go back to liquids/non-solids for the rest of the day. Did Essentrics, shower, load of laundry ... quiet night. :Lit a candle in the evening (gas fireplace is very tempting but puts off heat immediately!).To bed a bit early again.
