Modern Medicinal Miracles

A friend gave me this tip (Thank You H!) - I have massive problems with tablets, normally my throat just stops me swallowing them, if I swallow them, then they inevitably re-appear within 5 seconds.  This is however, in liquid form.  You get a bottle of something that purport to being orange flavoured.  It isn't. And it makes your orange juice take on a really funny texture.

But it works.  And within 30 minutes I can stand up without making any weird noises.  This gave me the confidence to try to get out of the flat.  Didn't know if would last more than a hundred meters but I tried.

Outside for more than 45 minutes.  We'll call that a late birthday present.
