Pyracantha Berries

After my Sainsbury's delivery this morning, I walked in to town to volunteer at the charity shop. I managed a whole day today, and boy was it extraordinarily busy! Presumably that's all the tourists around at the moment. I fully replenished the book shelves this morning and had to do it again late afternoon as we'd sold so many. I was also trying to sort and price the many book donations we received today and either put them out or into the stock cupboard. It's nice to see so many people donating to charity to help those in need, even when times are tough. It's very satisfying when you get a donation in, sorted, priced, out on the shelves and see it sold the same day. I'm volunteering more in August to partly cover for others on holiday. My photo is of the berries on my pyracantha hedge, I'm sure there's more this year and that they are earlier.
