I've just received this from my daughter, and it proves that not all of our visit to Rhossili Sunflowers was a disaster as far as the grandchildren were concerned!

Today I went swimming at 9am and, surprisingly, managed to swim a little slower, meaning that I didn't have to rest every two lengths.

Some sewing and some knitting was done and then to Knit and Natter, which was very enjoyable.... and I got a lot of knitting done too. I was glad I'd taken the car as the rain on the way home was biblical!
